You have any of the following symptoms: -
Fever, chills or recent night sweats -
Recent onset or alteration of: -
Cough -
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing -
Runny nose, blocked nose or sneezing -
Fatigue/extreme tiredness -
Changed sense of smell or taste -
Muscle pains -
Headache -
Sore throat -
Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/unexplained loss of appetite -
You have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. -
You have been told to isolate by WA Health. You should be tested for SARS-CoV-2. PCR remains the preferred test, but Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) is sufficient. If you present to our doctors or nurses with respiratory-type symptoms, you may be asked to leave immediately. If our GPs, nurses or staff are exposed to COVID-19, we may be forced to close the practice and would therefore be unavailable for consultations or procedures. |
