PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE PRACTICE IF: 

  • You have any of the following symptoms:
    • Fever, chills or recent night sweats
    • Recent onset or alteration of:
      • Cough
      • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
      • Runny nose, blocked nose or sneezing
      • Fatigue/extreme tiredness
    • Changed sense of smell or taste
    • Muscle pains
    • Headache
    • Sore throat
    • Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/unexplained loss of appetite
  • You have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. 
  • You have been told to isolate by WA Health.
You should be tested for SARS-CoV-2.
PCR remains the preferred test, but Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) is sufficient.
If you present to our doctors or nurses with respiratory-type symptoms, you may be asked to leave immediately. If our GPs, nurses or staff are exposed to COVID-19, we may be forced to close the practice and would therefore be unavailable for consultations or procedures.
